  Prior to planting his roots in San Antonio, Marshall lived in Austin, Louisville and Atlanta. He enjoys spending time with his wife, five children, and dog. His favorite restaurant Perry's Steakhouse & Grille. For fun, Marshall enjoys spearfishing and playing the guitar. His first car was a 1994 Toyota SR5 pick-up. The best concert he's been to was The Rolling Stones at Zilker Park. Marshall is looking forward to making the Cavender Toyota Service Dept. the best in the country!

              It was my first time having my vehicle serviced here and I couldn't be happier

            with the experience. I had an appointment with Connor and his customer service skills are fantastic! He answered all of my questions and I was out of there by 10 minutes which surprised me, I thought I was going to wait there for a while. After picking up my vehicle, Connor took the time to follow up with me and said if I had any other questions I could contact him. I'm extremely glad that I came here. Thank you guys for all that y'all do. I'll be returning.

              We had excellent service! Our service manager was Charles, and he was

            so helpful and made sure we were taken care of and everything was completed properly on the Tundra. He had me set up with a rental since I had to be at work by a certain time. He definitely went above and beyond with the entire service!!!

             I took my truck in for the 25,000 mile maintenance. Ignacio Ortega was

            in charge of my services and he noticed my wheel alignment needed service, and it had damaged my front tires. He took it upon himself and looked into my warranties. Ignacio and Joshua Taylor got on the phone and were able to get me two brand new tires using my warranty, that I forgot I had. I truly appreciate them and the great service I get every time at Cavender Toyota. Y'all are the definition of truly exceptional.
