                It was my first time having my vehicle serviced here and I couldn't be happier

              with the experience. I had an appointment with Connor and his customer service skills are fantastic! He answered all of my questions and I was out of there by 10 minutes which surprised me, I thought I was going to wait there for a while. After picking up my vehicle, Connor took the time to follow up with me and said if I had any other questions I could contact him. I'm extremely glad that I came here. His favorite place to eat in San Antonio is at Texas Roadhouse, and his dream car is a Lexus GS. Walter's favorite childhood memory revolves around the times he went fishing with his father, and his favorite place to fish is at Calaveras Lake. The destination he'd most like to visit is Germany, and his favorite sports team is the NFL's Dallas Cowboys. He has once met the San Antonio Spurs' David Robinson, and his favorite smartphone app is Angry Birds. What Walter loves most about his job is meeting new people.

He saw that a bird had redecorated it, so he drove it through their carwash. Before leaving lot he took my picture in my new car. It was a great experience at Cavender Toyota.

               Sandy was great, again!! Living 3+ hours away and knowing that the parts

              needed to be ordered from Houston, I gave her a "heads up" a few days before bringing my car in and then caught a ride on the shuttle to the airport to fly out of town for a few days. Everything went smoothly and the repairs were done by the time I returned to San Antonio. My husband and I had other obligations on the evening we arrived home, so I waited until the next day to pick up my car (when I wouldn't have to fight rush-hour traffic).               What started out as a not so good experience turned into a blessing. Anthony   

                tells me the first thing he tried was to replicate the window issue and he assured me that I'm not crazy that it does do what I tried explaining (a bunch of times by now). I'm thankful that it's fixed and I'm not crazy. As for the battery...it was the alternator. Replaced and the fee was waived. Thank you so much.

               I took my truck in for the 25,000 mile maintenance. Ignacio Ortega was

              in charge of my services and he noticed my wheel alignment needed service, and it had damaged my front tires. He took it upon himself and looked into my warranties. Ignacio and Joshua Taylor got on the phone and were able to get me two brand new tires using my warranty, that I forgot I had. I truly appreciate them and the great service I get every time at Cavender Toyota. Y'all are the definition of truly exceptional.
