- The newest Prius models produce more power and a greater output than ever before. This year, base models with front-wheel drive produce 194 horsepower, while all-wheel drive versions have an output of 196 horsepower. By comparison, the fourth-generation models produced a total of 121 horsepower.
- There is always improved efficiency for the newest Prius as well, with Toyota claiming the model can get 52 to 57 mpg, up from 49 mpg last year.
- Redesigned inside and out, the new Prius gets new tech and high-quality materials inside the cabin, as well as a sleek, new exterior design that's eye-catching wherever it goes in the New Braunfels area.
