From the professional, polite, and kind technician who greeted me, to the smiling girls at the front desk who checked me out, I was completely taken with the quality of customer care here. Color me impressed. Great staff, clearly great management, and nice little perks like a free car wash with service, and cookies and lemonade in the waiting room. I just wanted to say that this dealership was the the least stressful to deal with. The salespeople we dealt with were informed and very willing to give the information we needed. They weren't pushy or shark like and were very laid back/easy to deal with. They gave us a great price and it wasn't a hassle to get where we needed to on payments. They made sure we had all the extras we needed to take care of the car in the future. It was a great experience.

The service department was absolutely wonderful for the 2 years we owned our 1996 Toyota Tercel, which was admittedly, falling apart. I really miss Cavender Toyota's service. I never had to wait to drop off the car at Cavender. They sent me off with a free rental on several occasions, but my new dealership will only do so if the work is covered by warranty. Now, I have to take time off work to drop off the car even for an oil change and leave my spouse with no vehicle while I go to work. We lost a lot when we left the Toyota family.

I went in looking for a Prius V Five (specifically for the sunroof), and I was refered to a prius-savvy salesman instead of being left with the first guy who didn't feel he could serve my needs. Then, I proceeded to have every question answered to my greatest expectations. This guy really cares about his ability to help. He respected my wishes for a used vehicle, helped me understand the differences between luxury levels so I could make a more informed choice.

I had never had such a pleasant experience shopping for a vehicle. No sales tactics, just simply negotiated a fair price and done. It took less than 2 1/2 hours from moment I arrived, test drove, negotiated a price, and spoke to financing to the moment I drove out with my brand new vehicle and that's cause I had to wait about 15 min for them to finish detailing the truck.
