My sales person Anthony was an outstanding sales person and easy to deal with. However, there was a person there named Justin that really made my purchase experience less than favorable. After I was told that the price for the truck was not acceptable, I asked for my keys to my trade in back. Justin went back to the back room, came out a second time and requested additional money. I again told him it was not going to happen. I again asked for my keys. He left again. He came back a third time and again told me that I was holding up this deal. I was very irritated with Justin. Again I asked for my keys. He again told me that I was not making this deal happen. I again told justin for my keys. If it was not for Anthony who came back out and shook my hand and told me that they had agreed upon the price, I would have left and never visited any Cavendar dealership ever again! Please have a word with Justin on how to treat customers. I was very disappointed with the way he treated me. I have purchased from Cavendar Toyota before and never had this experience. I hope to never have that experience again!

dealership staff very knowledgeable and professional, Michael Gonzales was very patient and helpful, explaining all the differences on the Tacoma models, and letting me test drive all, which made my choice that much easier.

The service I received was second to none. Very professional, courteous, polite individuals. The only issue I had was the fact that I didn't receive a military discount when I felt I should have. I was told I would get a 10% discount but I don't remember receiving one.

Took vehicle in due to an issue with a tire. My opinion after a number of discussions with the service representative was he focused more on the oil change/tire rotation then my issue. After 2 hours car returned and again asked about tire loosing air. Advised no write up and due to time limitation I'd have to leave it overnight to have the valve looked at. No thank you. Car returned unwashed.
